Who are we?
TMC provides professional Industrial Psychological advice and services based on our experience of the world of work and our understanding of the underlying psychological and behavioural principles. We also provide Psychometric Assessment services and other Human Capital Management consulting services to individuals as well as corporate clients in the private and public sector.
Thokoza Makhathini, affectionately known as TK, is a competent and registered Industrial Psychologist based in Durban. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu Natal. After 5 years of being in a corporate environment, she subsequently left to pursue her own practice. In Independent Private Practice she primarily works in Medico- and Psycho-legal work, Psychometric Assessments, Employee Wellness (Counselling), and Career Guidance. She believes in constantly challenging herself to deliver more to her clients.
