We do not provide divorce counselling services, but we assist Attorneys with objective information regarding the earnings potential of each partner in order to facilitate fair compensation. This is often necessary in cases where one partner stopped working to look after the children or the household and the other partner continued to develop his or her career. In such cases, it will be important to obtain an objective professional estimate of the earnings potential of the partner expected to return to the labour market after the divorce.
